All fees are due at the time of party. Tent fee is $20 additional charge per tent. Party fee and guest pass charges are as follows:

15 or fewer people $20 party fee + guest passes for all non-members 16-30 people $40 party fee + guest passes for all non-members 31-60 people $100 party fee + guest passes for all non-members 61-100 people $200 party fee + guest passes for all non-members

Host member is responsible for ensuring that all guests in attendance are aware of and adhere to club rules. Guests will be asked to leave for misconduct.

Requests should be made three weeks in advance, if possible. All requests are on a first-come, first- served basis. No parties are allowed during team practices or other club-sponsored events.

Final list of attendees (members & non-members) must be submitted to LFC management prior to party start time. Any adults or children staying longer than drop-off/pick-up must be included in total count. Maximum party size is 100.

Party duration is limited to three hours. Guests are expected to leave the party area at the conclusion of party in order for club staff to clean and re-open the area to the members.

In the case of inclement weather on the day of the event, pool management will try to accommodate rescheduling, if possible.
